'63 brake conversion analysis paralasis

I'm stuck in what to do. I ordered some parts with one plan, now I'm considering something else and need some help.

My '63 is about to get a power disc brake upgrade. It's just my around town truck, C10, static drop front with manual airbags in rear, inline 6, nothing crazy. There isn't a small block in it's future.

I picked up a '75 complete crossmember to swap in and ordered CPP CP30106-4 spindles for the 75 crossmember, plus 6 lug rotors.

Now, as I'm getting ready to swap the control arm bushings, I'm thinking I might want to go ahead and do tubular control arms instead.

In that case, I can't figure out if the CPP spindles will work with the 63-70 tubular control arm ( 6370TCA-ULK-B ) or if I'll need to go ahead and swap the crossmember if I want to use those spindles.

Or would it make more sense to use the 63-70 tubular control arms and just get the correct spindle?

I feel like I could probably run the 63-70 tubular control arm and do a ball joint change to use the spindles I have.

Why don't you get tubulars for the 73-87 spindles you have already.. no reason to go backwards and install 63-70 balljoints.. plus the squarebody parts will be more readily available compared to 63-70.
Also you do not need to swap the entire crossmember .. squarebody arms will bolt right up to the 63 crossmember upper and lower.

So I can get something like Classic Performance Tubular Control Arms 7387TCA-ULK-B, the set for 73-87, use the modular spindles I have, and no crossmember swap? They just bolt up to existing shaft, assuming they don't come with new shafts?

I thought this would work, but couldn't remember which would be the easy route. A decade ago I could recall it off the top of my head, but the truck has been parked for awhile.

Are the tubular ones made in China? If so I'd just keep the the GM ones.

No, I probably don't. It probably won't be the last time I'm under there anyway, so I guess I'll just save that money and put it in something else for now.

For some reason, I think there's an issue with one of my arms, or maybe it's just a ball joint. It's been parked over 20 years, with occasional bursts of progress. I'm finally at a point where I can get it done.

Yes. CCP sells the tie rod center with two different sizes to accommodate the early and later model tie rod.

Yes this will work... I have CPP tubulars on my 66 right now.. I'm running all squarebody suspension.
