Of course, if we apply current GM marketing logic, it's a Jimmy XL.

Re: For 'GMC Kenny' ......

Thanks guys,
Was trying to leave it original paint
But some of the panels needed to much work to section in
So we just painted the whole thing

I was even lucky enough to find the rear tailgate emblem
On the parts board -- Thanks, HWY-STAR

And I started acquiring a taste for them

Wondering, why I had an aversion
In the first place

Re: For 'GMC Kenny' ......

A couple guys who were on the
'Friend's and Family' plan
Ended up with the ones that weren't white

I kept the other white one
That matches the suburban

Oh Kenny, your wife gave you the passcode to get on the computer

Ya never know
It is possible that person could

''eventually '''
End up on the f&f plan

There are several secret meetings first, though

Re: For 'GMC Kenny' ......

I was a Chevys Only guy, until I bought my Jimmy. Then I realized it was the same truck under the skin, but with two extra headlamps. And not much different otherwise, especially in the 67/72 range.
I started with a '68 C/10 Stepside in 1973. Needed a bigger truck in 1993, and bought a '67 K/10 Suburban. Saw a bright blue '71 GMC Jimmy for sale at a minimart on the way to a friend's house in 1995. It had the same 33x12.50x15 tires as the Sub. I looked in the cab. It had an SM465 4-on-the Floor. Same as the Stepside. It was my Birthday. I called the number and bought the truck. Still love it.

Re: For 'GMC Kenny' ......

I didn't even know it was happening
Not even (1) on the wall when we met
I didn't even look for them
But, Once you infiltrated my phone
By texting all your leads
I had to look
Now they just keep popping up

Oh, thanks for the used tee-shirt by the way

I'll be down in Tucson in mid January
For our annual rock show road trip
Maybe we could grab a cup of coffee
Then go for a cruise

Looking at some - OrangeSunshine

Swell. That would be great. PM me just before you get to town and I'll send my cell number. I do get busy in late January. I'm a Stagehand, and we set up the AGTA Gem Show.
Those pix look local.
