I forget, what is done to your motor? tranny? and where are you located? I am just trying to figure out how far off of that I will be when I get me some NOS. Oh and great runs man I'm jealous

thanks for the compliment
motor:
383 w/eagle internals, 560 roller cam, victor jr. intake, msd ignition, AFR 195 heads.
Trans: Th 350 w/ 400 ft pump and 700r4 sprag. 410 gears and no posi.

175 shot of nitrous. Best of 12.2 with no tunning. At 24 degrees total timing hitting nitrous at the 30ft or so.

i am in El Dorado, KS about 30 miles NE of Wichita. All it needs now is some paint (spring) and it will be a lot nicer.

Ahhh paints over-rated especially when you run 12's, all anyone can see are the tail lights anyway

Some good runs even if you weren't dialed in. I say leave it in primer. You know those other guys hate getting "owned" by an old primered truck....

Very cool my friend...it is a sight to see 73-87's running down the track! What color are you going to paint it?

Have you done any suspension mods to aid in traction?

Slapper bars are all i have with a one wheel wonder. I am going with a metalic blue that has a purple flop. Fuel system goes in this week and the 12th i will go back and try for 11's.

Take the tailgate off and that will help a little with getting you into the 11's. As that thang weighs about 60 pounds

Great times! Looks like with a little more you will have the 11's figured out. Just wondering if you ran it without the juice at all. I would like to know what kind of gain you got out of it.

The only time I ran it on motor tune (36 degrees timming) i had quite a bit of wheelspin and went 13.6 @100 w/ 2.2 60 foot. Ran it on slicks once with a 1.8 60 foot off the bottle but the carb ran out of fuel due to debree. So it should run about 13.4 or so with tune on all motor. Should run high 11's once tuned but we will see. I will post the 12.2 run as soon as i get it from vhs to my comp.
