Drove the truck to work today........
I love it when I drive the truck to work. It's so loud and abnoxious in the parking garage. I work in in uptown Dallas just a few blocks north of downtown Dallas.
My son , who's 3 , especially loves being taken to daycare in it. He wants all his friends to see his "Big Truck". Last edited by Zumo; 06-19-2002 at 09:50 AM. |

You are EXTREMEMLY brave for driving in North Dallas traffic in your truck....heck, in ANYTHING. I work in Dallas on Central and hate the traffic.

Yep , It's tricky. I don't follow close and just cruise along. I drove it today because I am helping build a porch/deck for a coworker who has never done it before. Were gonna go to Home Depot during lunch and hed to his house and get busy right after work.

My 5 year old loves when I pick him up from School in my truck, he says go really fast Daddy and he gets this huge grin on his face.

I like driving my truck EVRYWHERE!!!
I don't give a sh!t if it is a beater, it goes where ever I go. I can't even remember the last time we all piled up in the wife's ride to go somewhere. We always take mine. (we just don't go anywhere) |

Nice truck. Looks straight as an arrow.
I drove mine to work in Plano for 3 years, one year before I put in the AC. I wore a suit too. Only had to walk once. My fault for not cleaning the fuel filter. My son loves riding in my truck too... back when i drove it more. I've got pictures of him helping to scuff my wheels (he was about 3) for painting as well as with a drill taking off old door seal adhesive. My daughter is a little older than my son, but she loves to ride. Just not much interest in working on it. Started working down in Addison a couple years ago and the sitting in traffic was too much in the summer so went to a late '90s car. God I miss driving my truck daily. as it sits now....
