I dont have a bed floor right now, so I'm just using the standard red cap.

I have a Jazz cell (probably the same as the Summit cell). It has a D ring cap, & I drop the gate & reach when I fuel up(no bed floor). Its a little hassle.....but its a hotrod. If you dig through the Jazz site, I think you can get some pcs to relocate the filler. Mine is not a daily driver, so I plan to extend the fill neck, & just fill through the bed floor.....there will just be a fuel door added to the bed floor when its finished crazyL

I got a fuelcellguy tank and he builds a filler neck that goes under the bed and comes up by the rear of the wheel well in the bed. He may be able to help you.
