chevy MY6 transmission?

Has anyone heard of a chevy MY6 transmission? They were used behind chevy's 6.2 diesels. They are a 4 speed with fourth gear being over drive. Supposedly, chevy built these using a chrysler 440 four speed. I am thinking of putting this behind a 402 in a 1967 chevy C20. Has anyone heard of these or know anything about them?

The one I'm looking at is cast iron. Looks very heavy duty. I would like to find someone who has used one of these.
