ID this

I spent some time today cleaning the engine compartment on my 69 3/4 4x4 today. stamped on the pad in the front of the motor was V1206XX also on the front of the passenger side head was painted and it looks factory XX I doubt I have something special , but it would be fun to know what I have.any IDEAS

XX is a '69 350 4bbl motor originally in front of a manual trans in a K20/25. Go figure.
