1972 air flow
I have two 1972 Chevy trucks with four seasons air. The air flow will only come out the ac outlets regardless of which position the levers are in. Does anyone know how to soleve this problem? Also looking for the original paint chart for 1972.
Thanks, Cantontruck |

Your diverter box has a broken "flapper". Get a new one and it will work properly.

Welcome from MN! Sounds like a guy might have to get under the dash and do some investigating..........could also be a broken lever on the ac control.

Terry is more than likely right.....you can fix the one you have with some sheetmetal...tack welds and a few screws

Welcome from Northern California!!!!! I have a broken door on my diverter box also. I'm gonna try and epoxy it to fix it. Tried the sheetmetal/tack weld thing. I stink at the welding and just burned through. If ya got money to burn...Those things are available from various vendors for about a 100 bucks.
