Transfer case mounting question
Does anyone have a pic of how the divorced transfer case is mounted on these trucks? Also, how is the transmission supported? Same as a 2WD? Thanks!
Bob

Transfer case mount
I have a hard copy (from a manual) but if you're referring to a 1962 K10 like I have. The divorced transfer case is mounted to a cross-member. They are full time which means always turning. Original type was the Rockwell T221. If you have one keep it and if you have two, all the better. 1-1 ratio and being divorced make them not very popular. But to keep it original/stock it is the only way to fly. I'll try and scan a scematic for you. Hope this help.
