He repeatedly slams me in emails, and a well known parts supplier is even going along with him on his board... I would like to show you all some of the emails he has sent me for the ones who emailed me backing him up so you can see who you are associating yourselves with.

I lost his previous emails to me in a hard drive crash, They are all much along the same lines. He has told others he was going to sue me for defamation of character before. If you search his posts you can see he tended to cause a lot of trouble. And continues to try so, if any of you see someone who has registered and posts/acts like him, please let me know.

Sorry to hear you have had problems with this fellow. I don't understand his need to continue harrassing you. If he doesn't like your site, he just needs to go someplace else. We had a hacker decide to attack our club site on yahoo, MikeT finally had to shut it down and start one up on a different server. Hope AOL does something for you. Maybe you and few of your little Texas groupies can set up a meet with him.

Don't worry about him and don't let little people like him bring you down to his level of petty thinking.

Ignore him.

Take it as a great learning experience about being in "business" and dealing with people and customers. As long as you have a business of any type, you should learn how to handle this stuff in a professional mannor and get better at it. These actions and all other uncalled for actions will happen again and again as long as your business is open. Don't take it personally.

Don't worry about being sued for "defamation of character" -- one has to have character in order to be defamed!

The dude defenitly has some issues. I remember when he first got banned....calling everyone ignorant kids and such, loosing his temper, saying how he was better than all of us, and bragging about his supposed millions of dollars and properties everywhere. I never really had a problem with him until that happened.

New name, Same PHIL JOHNSON.. I just cant seem to keep myself from looking at his site. There are alot of kids there that need advice and they can't get it when all the old timers get the boot! They need to discover your site!

with all of the 'knoledge' he has, he has never helped me with any of my questions and i have gotten answers to everything i needed to know and then some. so he has never helped this 'kid' out. hope he goes away. love the site josh. you do a good job making the best place on the web
