Booster Rod Adjustment

Ok Is this rod adjustable? Reason I ask is I just grabbed it with my fingers and it pulled right out.

No, that's the rod that connects the booster to the master cylinder. the adjustable portion is between the booster and the pedal - it's the rod that connects to the peddle. It is a screw-type rod and you will immediately see how to adjust it once you have it out. It's not very easy to get to, though. Good luck!
