Engine numbers help - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Does anybody know how to decode these engine numbers? I have a 72 swb k-10. the little shoulder on the passenger side of the block to the front says this: VO128TKK and below it, caz118444
