New valve covers for Christmas(PIC'S)**UPDATED 3/3/06**

The wife surprised me with a pair of purdy valve covers for Christmas.Should look good with the TPI!

I know...it's a messy desk.

I may paint them to look like the 572 Big Block valve covers.

Re: New valve covers for Christmas(PIC'S)**UPDATED 3/3/06**

Well it only took me a year to finally install these things but here they are.

1st I ditched the reg. bolts for some fancy ARP stainless 12 point bolts too.

I used some FelPro rubber gaskets to seal them up.

And here are the new covers installed.

These are the breather and PVC gromets that came with the valve covers(part #).

Unfortunatly one of the gromets was too big and did not fit either the PVC or the breather.
I went to my local Canadian Tire store and looked in the "HELP" section(You Americans have those "HELP" sections in your auto parts stores too) and was able to find a replacement gromet.
Here is that part#.

I like em.
What sucks now is the new valve covers make the TPI look dirty.
