Under hood fuse question????

I am trying to finish a frame off on a guys 71 GMC and i would like to know the size of fuses on each end of the core support. This is a new wiring harness and did not come with any. I am curious what amp. they are. I think the one on the drivers side is for the amp. gauge.
Thanks for any help.

BOTH are for the amp gauge. They are 4amp fuses and are only about 1/2" long.

I've not seen exactly this style of fuse holder before. Do they simply, or maybe not simply, pull apart? Twist? (He asks BEFORE he breaks one.)
Thanks.
