Weatherstripping Quality

I recently replaced the inner and outer wipes on the windows and was not overly impressed with the fit. Has anybody else noticed this? I wonder if original GM stuff is still available? The outer wipe has gaps between the glass and rubber in several spots. I have tried to bend the mounting spots to make it fit better but no go.

I replaced mine last year and it fit fairly well but the fuzz didn't seem as dense on the inside strips as on the OEM strips. I did notice the door had seperated a bit and I had to bend it back into shape while I had the strips and glass out. 72's have a screw on the inside under the vent window to prevent this.
