Insurance!!!!!!!!!
For any of you who have converted a 2wd to a 4wd: Is there a problem with getting the converted 4wd insured? I saw on a message board couple of years ago that a person had done this conversion and had to go through a big mess because he couldn't get it insured b/c the VIN number of the body showed it to be a 2wd. He had transferred a 2wd body onto a 4wd frame. Has anyone else experinced this problem? Is it a problem at all?

I would't tell them it was a 4x4. Would not cause any heartache that way.
