PennyWise: What do you think?

I think it's pretty cool. And no, it's not pink. It's a Dupont powder coat color called New Penny (Supposed to be anyways). The name fits like a glove. I got the idea from the bonspeed F150 in the October issue of Truck Builder. What do you guys think?

It may not be pink, but it does scream it. I really like the looks of the truck and even though it is not my preference, the New Penny coating does not distract from it. Goiod job on the overal look of the truck.

I love your truck. Call it what you like it is a real contrast with the black. I have more understated tastes when it comes to trim. I wonder what it would look like if the bumpers were done in that same color? Do you have pics of your interior and engine. That is one awesome truck! I really like the way you did the wheels...very cool!

It's a photochop, so thats as close as I could come to copper. I could only wish that was my truck. Sorry, I should have said that in the first place.

I was wrong. Stick with the black bumper. I like the first pic better

the copper look seems to be the "in fab" right now but i dont think it will last long. If its just a matter of painting it a copper color then i say go for it because if you dont like it then you only spent a few bucks but if you were thinking of actualling plating it ..... id save your money.

That is a great looking truck and it looked better before you psed it. I would like to see more pics of YOUR TRUCK. The little pic in your avatar is a good looking truck. I'd hate to see you make a mistake and paint it some color only a mother could love. I know when it comes to customizing its all about what the owner likes and not what others do but i think some guys go overboard with paint/ graphics and really undo the good looks of quality body work.

If you did end up going that color i think you and FCG could fight over the rights of who gets to have a custom plate that reads " NOTpink " because everyones going to say ....... " nice truck, why did you paint it pink? " or " how much Mary Kay did you have to sell to get that?" ...... you get the point.

If you were British and spent money on that you could also call it "Pound Foolish".

Greyhound- Thanks, but that's a photoshop too. The real one's on my profile. And you're right, that truck was better before i psed it, but it was the best pic of a black, smooth truck that I had. O and I don't really have any intentions of doing that to my truck, just wanted to know what it looked like. And if I did, it would all be paint, no room in my budget for plating of any type. Thanks for the input.
