Decided on colors for the truck! - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Well, I am about to start kicking down the bodywork on the truck, and I finally decided on the color scheme I think.

The lower section will be the factory 87 Metallic gray, and the top will be Pontiact 2004 Phantom black metallic. I fell in love with this color when my dad purchased his 04 GTO, and I think it will really tip off the gray. They will split at the top of the fenders basically, and I think I am just going to run a pinstripe line to split them, something a little more flashy to stand out. Im thinkin orange or something for the pinstripe.

This has me excited...I need to go out there and work

Ive always liked black & silver or black & gray two tones. Get busy so we can see it when its done!!!...corn

I want to do a two-tone with metallic grey too. Just haven't decided what the other color will be..

The orange pinstripe will make it scream. Maybe do a little more than just a line or two though. How about a simple graphic design to add more splash?

Picture this as a two tone.....
