Help with Emergency / Parking Brake Cable

I have a 69 3/4 ton std 4wd 127" WB that I need to replace the front parking brake cable on. I've been looking for a replacement part but have not been able to find one. I have found replacements for 2WD trucks, and for 1/2 ton trucks, such as the one here:
http://www.chevyduty.com/store/prodi...?number=71-751

Does anyone know where I might be able to find the right cable for my paticular truck?

Assuming I can't find the correct one, I think I might have to make due with the 1/2 ton cable and perhaps modify it, (or the mounting points, etc.) so next question is does anyone know just what the difference is between the cable I found above and the stock cable on my truck?

(No I havn't pulled out the old one yet. Waiting for a warm enough winter day in New England. It might be while... )

Thanks!

I just ordered a rear one from www.****************.com though it was for a 1/2 ton it seems like i remember him saying he could get any of them except for blazers. Worth a try at a minimum. I didn't see what I was looking for on his website but when I called him he had in stock. If you can't call toll free from there let us know, we'll make the call for ya. cheers, Jim.

American Classic Trucks has them. I got a front one from them for $35 and it works excellent.

Thanks, I just checked the American Classic website though, and didn't find the correct one listed there either. What part number were you referring to?

If you are talking about the cable that goes from the e-brake foot pedal to the center cable then the 3/4 ton is the same as the 1/2 ton.
