I used the engine hoist. Use a 2x6 about 6ft. long. Place the boom in the middle of cab and lift. Works great!!!

just spread the legs onto some sound locations and unbolt and lift away!
I was fortunate enough to have freind let me use his garage with the lift when I did my frame swap. at work Ill either remove the windsheild and put a pallet on the fork drive up put the pallet thru the window opensing and lift away or I will strap it from the top and pull it that way.
