Airline Fittings: Does this sound right?

My bag, is a 3/8" single port. So, what I'd want is a 3/8" NPT Male - 3/8" DOT Nylon Compression Fitting, then run 3/8" DOT Airline, then on the other end, a 3/8" DOT Nylon Compression Fitting - 1/4" Female NPT Fitting (Which the shraeder valve will be connected to.)
