Corvette Tachs?
Would corvette tachs work in our trucks? The '67 'vette tach would look good over where the stock fuel gage goes.
Were '67 'vette tach's still direct drive? If so, does anyone know when they went to electric?

My 74 is a tach drive. They quit making them when they went to H.E.I. in 1975. I don't know what year was the first but I know someone on here does.

thought I'd add that the distributers are points type. You can get solid state for them but if I didn't already have one I wouldn't bother. The dizzys are pricey but if you want one they're out there.

No, I think I'll keep my HEI . . . Just looking for something that will work with it that "matches" the stock look and is large enough to fit over in the big fuel gage location.
