60/40 seat?

Anybody have pictures of a 60/40 seat in a 67-72 truck or better yet, a burb? Do they fit well? Are they not wide enough? How do they look? What are pros/cons to these seats and about how much will it cost me to pick one up?

Mine is from a '99 Suburban (second row). I also like the one that Palf showed. I used those in other '69 model trucks until I found out that these would work. The one like Palf is showing is a little easier to install, too.
