Im might be trading my 95 caddy for a 72
Do you guys think it would be a good trade to trade my DD 95 devile for my dads 72 super cheyenne 350/350 combo. He just finished rebuilding the front end and put new brakes all around. His going to throw in a new bench seat with fold down console, 300 dollars, and his new 350 horse 350. THe 72 has 15x10 5 star eagle alloys. It needs a rocker panel, a cab corner, and the bed has some rust, but it does have a new windshield and dashpad.
The cadillac has an off color front clip on it and has 140,000 miles on it. It runs and drives good and gets 21 mpg. So what would you guys do? The cadillac is my daily driver, but I have been wanting to get a 88+ reg cab lwb anyway...

i personally would make the trade. a 95 caddy is a hell of a lot easier to come by than a 72 in good shape

The bed only shows minor rust on the exterior, but the inside of the bed around the wheels wells is starting to rust pretty good, beds are fair easy to find though....

i'd still go with the truck. go get yourself some permatex rust convertor and brush it on inside the bed it will buy you some time
