Hey, if you don't do it every day you tend to need to ask. Good on you! Which reminds me, This is a job that can be helped along with one of those remote starter buttons. Which terminal on the starter do you hook those up to?

This is one of the most useful tools for setting valves cold or installing distributers you can have . Just hook one lead to tne battery positive and the other lead to the inboard( closest to engine ) small terminal on the starter solenoid. The large cable on the solenoid goes to the battery positive terminal so I use that.
