That's funny! I just sent this email to ebay this morning, hadn't got a response from the them though.

Reference: Quik1racing
Message: Why does ebay allow individuals such as this continue to list when it's obvious they could care less about the buyer. Take a look at item 7954980015 - he states it's rust free - YA RIGHT! You can clearly see the rust all over it.
Additionally, if you review his feedback you'll clearly see what crook he is. I am a member of a rather large automotive forum and general concensus is that Ebay has grown to big to fast and no longer cares about the buyer/seller just the listing fees associated with people selling. It's really sad, ebay used to be such a great thing.

respectively,
Jim

If you read the feedback in order by dates, he starts out mild-mannered, but gets more and more aggressive as his ship starts to sink. What a complete TOOL. I bet his parents were a real piece of work.

"Charged me $18.00 shipping and the actual price on package was $5.98
Reply: when you bought the part it said 12.00 frieght.i charged you 9.00.that's $3 off"

This guy lied many times about shipping not being overpriced. When so many people say he overcharged...how can you believe him?

I also read a lot of his replies that said he needed to remove the part before shipping. I think you should already have it off an ready to go BEFORE you post it on E-BAY. I've seen a lot of his listings and he uses the same rusty looking parts for every picture. What an ass.

Now if I can just get my money back out of PayPal. Hopefully they took the money out of his account when I filed the claim against him. When I bought from him (late December), he had pretty good feedback. Lucky me.

I second that motion!! James Willis, aka texparts67_72@yahoo.com, aka Classics to Customs, still owes me parts from December 4th that he charged me for. He tried to get a little huffy with he when I requested a refund for for the hood springs that I ordered from him. When he finally shipped them to me, they were not for my body style truck. I decided I would just powder coat the originals. I was impressed with the first piece I got from the guy, but have been underwhelmed with the other pieces I have been getting. (I only ordered once from him.)

Gotta love eBay's generic answer! Same one I just received for asking about a seller that will not send shipping info on a delete plate I won for 4.25. I think he is a non-seller, hasn't he heard of RESERVE?
