The 350 engine i am getting is from an 81 Chevy pickup. Will headers that fit on that truck, fit in my 72?

If you are mounted in 6/250 position,the headman 69090s will fit& clear the clutch linkage. I have a set of hooker comps #2452,that I belive will also work with a stick. The headers do cover a lot of yrs,so clutch linkage issues will be the only problem. If you need,i can hang the bellcrank,to check the clearance on the hookers(Im running an auto now). If you are mounted in V8 position,you will need a different #69092 on the headmans. Good luck....69 longhorn.

when i bought my dynomax headers it listed on the box 67-87 i think,they should fit theres alot of clearence,but as far as linkage/manual trans i dont know i run AT's

Not sure what brand these are. They are steel headers that were run on an 81 Chevy 4x4. I hope they fit, but if not, he has 2 sets of stock manifolds. By the way, what benefits are there to headers? I have heard the increase your HP but not sure by how much. I also know they make for a nice sound on a dual system. Anything else?

I have done the headers swap from an '82 to a '70. They are the same. (at least, the cheap ones are)
If in your question you are concerned about the bolt pattern dor the headers, you'll have no trouble at all. They are the same.

if a stock small block id run manifolds-less headaches,leaks,plugs,burnt wires,fingers etc.
