flat bed

does anyone know if theres anything useable off a 87 chevy 1 ton flat bed to go on an 79 gmc? its been recked into the ditch. when I drove it a while back I loved the stering but chances are its trashed. it has the "digital" guages which I liked alot. the moter is in worse condishon then mine. It blows blue all the time real thick blue. thank you for your help.

the rear axle, and trans maybe of use.. the guages would be cool.. maybe the gas tanks? maybe the suspension... though front might be a bit wacked...

if I did get the guages wouldent I have to take the whole dash? because it isent like the one I have. theres a chance it isent an 87. because I havent seen *atleast here* mid 80's trucks with the radio in the midle of the dash.

the 88-98 trucks had the radio in the middle of the dash, if its an 87 it will be just like yours, except you may need the whole dash, i am not sure how interchangable pre-81 dashes are with 81-87s...
