Q for josh or other admin...
I keep getting e-mails saying my IM box is full, yet, I have no IMs in there. I know I have missed out on 4 or 5 IMs, anything we can do about that?

Andy,
There have to be some in there somewhere, your deleted msgs count towards the total. Check your deleted/outbox msgs, and if that doesn't work, I can get rid of them for you. TJ
