Pickup or Blazer Hidden Hitch w/Blazer Tank in Pickup?

Early Classic has a different part number hidden hitch for Blazers and pickups. Does anybody know what the difference(s) are? For example, what hitch should a pickup with a Blazer gas tank get?

I have a truck hidden hitch and later put in a blazer gas tank. I had to trim the hitch to miss the tank. I don't know if that's the difference or not, but be aware you might will have to do the same.
