Got these from ifcustoms site. Thought this was very interesting mod - can't say I've ever seen it done except for maybe on suicide doors. Finished up I'm sure is a very clean look....but also a LOT of work to get right. Anyhow here is some pics -

They look like Bear Claw latches.
