What could I use to clean up a 5 blade fan?

Engine cooling fan?, oscillating or window box fan?

get it chromed, or get a can of spray paint,or you could go to a place like franklins craft supply and get flower decals!!! yep that's what we did in the 60's FLOWER POWER !!!!
