sunday workout
Started to work on the bed today.....had to take a break from the cab. I got these pieces from Ed at Mothertruckers.
He had some sides made up from thicker metal and some thick round tubing to make up the rolled tops. The pillers are reproductions. I just had to do a little assembling and a lot of welding. should have just pluged welded it, but I ran full beads to prevent rust from coming up between the edges. I need a nap

You should try powerwashing your house high on a ladder when you're not real fond of heights. I held the wand with one hand and the ladder with another. Talk about hard work, I'll trade what you did for what I did anytime.

How did the work on all the undercoating go? Did you get it all off? I was working on my bed and inner fenders too. Just wondering how I am going to get the undercoat off for primer and some linex.

Very nice work on the bedsides. You and GeeEmm give hope that me and my welder may get something close to what you two are accomplishing.
