I'm assuming you mean one that is hidden behind the bumper? Somebody has to make one.

As for a regular one, I bought one for mine, the brand name is "Hidden Hitch" I have a factory chrome step, and you just see the square receiver part, and non of the rest of the hitch. I fit perfectly.

Early Classic entrprises sold them, but I see from other posts that they no longer do. They do not fit panel's/suburbans.

The guy on the TNN truck show put one on the Copperhead project truck a couple weeks ago. Not sure if it was from Early Classic, most of the parts he is using are from them

I bought mine from Cheyenne Pick-up Parts and I think the brand name is Hiddenhitch. It is made for use with a roll pan, so I would think you could use it with your aftermarket bumper. It ends about 5" forward of my original bumper, so I have to use an extension to tow. I cut a hole in the metal behind my license plate, and just remove the plate to tow. Totally invisible everyday, and doesn't scrape with my 5.75" drop. I remember I had to drill the frame, but don't remember how many of the six holes were already there. Hope this helps.
