got er done!

finally got this thing back together after 4 months of working it over . this was the green truck txfirefighter put together . will post some in the process pics later.

Hey great looking truck very close to the color i want if i two-tone mine, what material is the seat ?? I'm looking at getting my seat refinished in black something, yours looks good.

jasonrmorrow the seat is covered in leather. its the only thing on the truck that didnt turn out the way it should have. the stiching is crooked and generally a bad job for what i paid him.

Is it still the same b.blk that TX had or the one from your other ride? I must say that was a quick turn around. How did you manage to get it done so quickly?

the color is a factory 1981 gm pickup color. the fast turnaround was due to me doing it my self. thanks for the compliments guys.

txfirefighter should get alot of credit for putting together a cool truck. he built it , i just disassembled it and painted it all .

yeah i know what it is and i didnt want to tell but i will . i dont have the ppg code in front of me ,but in 1981 on a chevy truck they had three blues , it is the middle. i think it is called (smokey mountain blue poly) your paint jobber can hook you up on the manafactuers code. its truly a awesome color , the pics dont do any justice.
