I swear it's an alternator bracket - I thought it was the one most people use to relocate from one side of the engine to the other, I just can't seem to find a picture. :S

Smog pump bracket? I'm just throwing it out there, I have no idea what it is but it looks familiar.

I back these guys on this being the upper a/c bracket. It is normally the one missing on a/c trucks. It also tends to be the hardest of the brackets to find, and most expensive. If I remember right, the top bolt hole bolts to the intake and the bottom bolts to the short water pump.

Ok, Now I Am Really Confused, So It Sounds Like I Need It, But
In The "LMC Bible" It Does Not Show It In The Pic's, I Have All The Other Brackets, So Does It Work W/ The Others Or Do I Need To Remove One Of The Others For It All To Work, Help

No, you won't have to take them apart. You may have to notch that long skinny piece that bolts to the side of the block though for your headers. Most people do. I heard you maybe able to buy something at o'reily's to fix that though without cutting. You might look into that first.

You need it and the others you showed. It's just like Cheyenne 10's pic, and it bolts on like super4x4 says. The (upper) waterpump bolt goes through the upper bracket first, then through the thick cast bracket in your lower pic. The other hole ( a couple inches or so away) in the thick casting uses the other (lower) waterpump bolt.
Hope this helps, and I sure wish I had a digicam. That A/C bracketry is a bit of a Chinese jigsaw puzzle.
