I am getting ready to buy a set of body mounts ($49.39 Summit), LS1 engine mount adapters ($39.95 E-bay), and need a set of core support mounts (????). I am just wondering if these are good prices and if anyone has input or a better place to get these. I also need to find a place that sells a good core support mount kit.

I was looking at the Energy Suspension kit and it looks like it may have the core support mounts. As anyone used this kit? ENS-3-4108G Thanx

You mean, someone makes LS1 engine mount adapters for our truck? The whole thing that's been swaying me away from this install is the fact that I was told I'd need to custom fab some engine mounts.

The mounts I am looking at say they are for Camaro Chevelle Nova Corvettes and Impala. They use the same 3 bolt style engine mount as our trucks.

Ed,

I'm going to be @ the parents down in Bradenton for a block party on 5/7. Is this something you have in stock and I could swing by to look at?

Also - is it all mounts that are necessary for dropping an LS1 into the truck or ?? (I'm guessing it will take 4 mounts).

I believe you can just move the tranny xmember back on the frame to support a T56. Not sure if the high hum is needed. This is definitely a project I want to take on in the next year. Want to get all the mounts and other stuff together before I look into the drivetrain.
