Need Measurements for Step Supports

Okay, I built this stepbed with pretty much all reproduction parts. The cross sills do not have holes in them for mounting the step supports. I need to know:
1) Which side of the cross sill are the holes (towards cab or tailgate)?
2) How far from the edge is the first hole?
3) How far down from the top of the cross sill is the first hole?
