Blower motor
Does all blower motors in blazers suck?? I have been thru the whole system and fixed all mating point leaks new motor and cage system is clean but still does not blow very hard. I know new cars will blow the hair off your head on high but even in my 74 pickup it sucks. andbody know of a retro fit to make these vehicles blow harder?? any input will help. tried other options from newer cars and vans but cant seem to find one close.

i feel your pain, every other 73-91 ive had has sucked, for some reason the k5 i have now has a powerfull blower motor, its been rewired it appears with 8 gauge wire as opposed to the stock crap, maybe thats the trick??

Did ya wire it up with the 8g yet? If so how did it work? I think I am gonna try it and see where that gets me. But not until winter when I need HEAT.
I'm not even THINKING of flippin the A/C on.
