If you don't mind, how bad was it $$? If you don't want to say I will understand. They look to be in good shape.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Was that an option, or is it out of another vehicle?

It's out of a 67 or 68 with the CST package. They are a bit rare and are highly desireable.

the buckets were part of the CST in 67 only...in 68, it was not included in the CST pacage. It was avalible as it's own option though.

I do have a line on another seat. I would be willing to pass on the savings to a board member if he wanted it. I'd perfer someone who will keep it rather than sell it. Send me a PM and I will check with the guy. when I get the chance.

Nice find, love those buckets!!! I got 2 sets sitting out in the garage, can't decide what I'm going to do with them. I found 2 other sets too, I'm going to look at them on Tuesday.

I wish I had the storage room you have Teeitup. I come across lots of good deals. Just no place to keep it. So I just try to pass it along to others.

very cool seats. do you have any closeups of that center seat? Is it just hollow inside or does it have any storage?

Center "seat" flips up for storage, center seat back flips down for an armrest.

Brewski, 67/68 burbs had a special version of those seats. It had no center seat back as the truck version is designed to rest against the gas tank, which obviously is non-existent in a burb. The burb version has only the center "console" seat bottom with a super-duty version of the hinge mechanism. They are so rare I know of only 2 sets in existence (of course there are more) and the set I have is not for sale and if it were, it would take more than $800. Bill Athey had the other set a while back but may have sold it.
