1979 Stepside, No Rear Marker Lights ?

Hey Guyz,

I recently bought a 1979 Stepside and have a question ?

On the rear fenders I noticed I don't have rear marker lights, is this the case
or was an older bed mounted on this truck ?

If anyone knows, let me know, thanks.......

P.S. How the hell do I post apicture ? lol.....

Call me crazy, but I dunno if those steppers even had marker lights out back... I could be wrong, and they may have been shaved, but yeah.

As far as identifying the bed, we'd need the see it, so here is a post that goes through posting pictures for you!

yeah us111 is right. After 79, the tail lights have the side marker built in. Before that, they are regular trailor lights. Here's my 80. Sorry I don't have one of the lights. The tail lights are basic trailor lights, but they have side marker lights on the side of them.

75STEPSIDE,

Thats what I'm talking about, my 79 does not have them, wish it did, looks much better than just the rear tail lights only.

Thanks.....
