Rust converter By Mar-Hyde ?

I recently bought a can of Mar -Hyde rust converter that is suppose to convert rust into a black surfacer . The product is a single stage spray can . Does anyone know how well this stuff works ? And can i just spray a 2k Pimer over top .

i use ospho.

is a green liquid in gallon jugs. usually about $17.

always liked it, can only find it at ace lumber now.

it is supposed to kill rust and convert it to a primer.

later
