Proud owner of a 1967 C10 for 7 days now, and I
couldn't be happier.
Engine:
327 with 350Turbo Trans
Edelbrock Carb.
Headers.
Has Old air AC/Heat
2 electric cooling fans.
PS/PB
12 Bolt rear,with 2.93 Gear (yes highway)
Previous owner had 4.11, but he said he
wanted better gas mileage.
That's about all I can think about now.

Cool

Thanks for the comments....
About the price. Originally
the owner was asking $7,500. He then
dropped the price to $6,990 on his web
link. Me and wife dropped him down to
$6,150. Pretty good haggling I'd say. In
my opinion, I got a great deal. I had looked
at a few trucks before this, and the sellers
were to dang proud of them.
One short bed with gutted interior, rotted
wood bed floor, nasty engine compartment (stock 350), decent paint, was asking $5,000 Firm.

Here's a picture of a pickup that was forsale in
South Texas (Edinburg). I believe it was a 72. I had a relative take a pic and send it to me. Had the original 396, A/C, etc. Original clean interior. Only thing was the bed was rotted, due to someone installing a bedline (water). He was asking $2,500. I think with $2,000 he'd sell it.
This was about 1 1/2 months a go, so I doubt if he
still has it. nice truck thou...

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Exactly what I said when I got the truck. Well, turns out the previous owner when he added the
A/C, and new bracket for Altenator, he had no
room for the 14" x 3" filter it had, so he replaced it with this Lawnmower filter...

He had clearance problems with the radiator hose
and the fuel line (from new carb, old was holley).
Any way, i went out to Pep-Boys and found a 1 1/2"
spacer and added the Edelbrock filter back on last night. Previous owner loved classic trucks , but was not to mechanically inclined.

I should have plenty of air now....
New filter is like this....

SWEET truck! I love that color!

What's the deal with the 401k in your link? Did you spend it all on the truck? LOL

Welcome from Aggieland! (I'm originally from your neck of the woods.) You have a very nice pickup. Silver '67s give me goosebumps! Sounds like a heckuva deal!
