installing rockers

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GO TO INSTALL ROCKERS. NO NEED FOR PERFECTION. JUST WANT SOMETHING OVER TH RSST HOLES. I GO HUNTING O MUCH TO WORY ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK
