Info to anyone interested. On my 67 C10 I used a Cardone 27-7501 power steering gear with a 72 pitman arm. Spaced it 1/2" but the coupler was correct. For the power brake booster and master cylinder --Cardone 50-1008 --with my 72 disc brakes. This 79 master cylinder did not require a proportioning valve as it is built in proportioning. Mount was modified see pics. I have templates. This WILL interfere with column shifting.

I find Cardone part # 101581.

I purchased the booster unit with master cylinder and pedal rod. 50-1008.

Dennis...It doesn't look like you used the space out brackets between the vacuum booster and the firewall like many folks do. What did you do differently so that it worked? (or why do others need them and you didn't). (Ours was a manual brake setup and we want to convert to power.)
