Question about junkyard parts
I found a 3/4 ton Suburban about a 75 or so , I should have looked closer. I plan on getting the sway bar and lower control arms. Guess im not going to do the K member change out since I found the control arms that accept the 88 model 1/2 ton ball joints.
Anyway my question is , 1) Is this the same gas tank I need for the under the bed conversion? It looks pretty much the same as alot of the pics ive seen on here. 2) What about the power window motors and tracks? Will they convert into my doors? Power locks? 3) I guess the air condition box cant be converted to my truck? 4) Anything else on the truck useable to update mine? 5) MC/Booster work? |

What do you have?A 67-72 I assume. The m/c,possibly.The a/c,maybe,not worth the effort IMO.P/W,parts can be adapted using your tracks.

they crush the gas tanks here so you can find an entire truck here but no gas tanks. i wouldn't use a tank i pulled out of a wrecked truck no matter what the condition.

i did the measurments when i parted my 87 burb i kept the 40 gallon tank out of it and with a little modification you can mount it under the bed, i was going to mount it in my 67 but never did.
