Lowering a 95/96 Tahoe?
Hey guys,
I posted this on the 88-98 board, but realized I posted it in the wrong arena. I'm thinking of buying this 4 Door 2wd Tahoe that a mechanic friend of mine has. High mileage, but I can get if for a nice price(new royal blue paint and brand new 20's w/tires). My question is how to lower it. I've talked my wife into lowering it if we get it. Mostly I gave her some line about it helping out with the gas mileage, I think it will help? I know GMC Pauls sells a kit for these Tahoes and just wanted to know some ideas on it. Sorry all I ever deal with is the 67-72's Bryan

I have a 4/6 kit I will be installing on my '99 Interceptor soon.
You can go with a 2/4, 4/4 or a 4/6. Those are the most common for the Tahoes. I have 2" McGaughy's spindles, 2" coils and a 6" Belltech flip kit. |
