1968GMC,
What kind of engine mount is that? It does not look stock. Can you buy them anywhere? Are they direct bolt in? |

I have a set that I use to break engines in with, just for kicks I tried them on one day. They collector points straight down at the cross member, no way to get an exhaust pipe to fit in the V8 position. I moved it back to the L6, that sat the collector just a hair behind the cross member but the exhaust pipe would hit the bottom rear lip of the cross member. The only ones that may fit are the ones with the collectors swept back a few degrees used in the L6 position. These are swept back but I think they are too wide to fit between the rails

I found a nice set of jet/ceramic coated Sanderson Block Huggers last year. A guy down the street for me bought them for his '49 Chevy and never put them on. I could get them for $125 bucks. I am so glad I didn't buy them on the spot, I would be stuck with them now. ......Jerry
