Stepside progress-tires&wheels

Picked up some really nice 275/60 15 tires and center caps at the last swap meet and got the wheels at a swap meet last year. Finally able to combine the 3 .It helped the truck alot to get the old rusty spoke wheels off of there!
anyway here is the before and after

I have always thought those wheels would look great on a 67-72, but rarely see them used. Looks good!

I love the silver color. You don't see many trucks with the fender cut-out. Do you have all the hardware to mount the spare in there?

thanks guys. I do have all the parts to do the spare mount but not sure if I will put all that on. The box sides are not original so they are not all drilled up for the mounts. The mounts kind of mess up the side appearance without the spare mounted and not sure if I want the spare on there

definite improvement. However, yesterday I saw a dark blue Chevy truck with the same wheels as your before pic, but the wheels were painted the same dark blue with factory trim rings and center caps (the trim rings and center caps were not painted) and I thought it looked pretty good.
