67-72 factory front crossmember
Does anyone know what the stock crossmember weighs? Does anyone make a lightweight replacement? Looks to me like it is excessively heavy and robust.

I just weighed one on the bathroom scale (wife is at work). I got 65 pounds. It does not have the control arms attached.

I thought it would be pushing 100 pounds, but when I picked it up I started to have my doubts.
